Praying for Hope Among Our Field Workers
I work with a crew of immigrant field workers who labor tirelessly in challenging conditions. Many have left their families behind in search of a better future, and their sacrifices weigh heavily on them. I feel compelled to pray for hope in their lives, particularly for those who may feel lost or without purpose. I believe that salvation through Christ can bring them the hope they need. I ask for prayers that God would help me to communicate His message of salvation effectively, and that my workers could find strength and hope in their struggles. Please pray for open hearts and for them to experience God’s transformative love.

Dear Ella, thank you for your heartfelt request. Your compassion for your field workers is a testament to God’s love in action. It can be so challenging to witness the struggles of those around us, but remember that God is a God of hope. He promises in Ezekiel 18:23 that He takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but desires that they turn and live. Your desire to share His message of salvation is commendable and will bear fruit. As you pray and look for opportunities to speak of Christ, trust that the Holy Spirit will work in their hearts. In Romans 15:13, we are reminded that God is the source of hope, and He can fill your workers with joy and peace as they trust in Him. Let's pray together that each member of your crew will find healing and hope in their relationship with Jesus. In His name, Amen.
