Praying for My Crew's Hearts to Open
I manage a small farm and have several immigrant workers who help me during the harvest season. Many of them come from backgrounds where faith is not often discussed, and I feel a burden to share the love of Christ with them. I often wonder if my words will reach their hearts or if I’m just speaking into the void. They work tirelessly, facing many hardships, and I can see the weariness in their eyes. I truly believe that in exposing them to the Gospel, their lives could change forever. I pray for guidance on how to approach this sensitive subject and that God would soften their hearts to His truth. Please pray that God uses me as a vessel for His message of salvation.

Miguel, thank you for sharing your heart for your crew and your longing to see them come to know Christ. Your desire to share the Gospel in your workplace is commendable and reflects a heart aligned with God's mission. The Scriptures tell us that God desires all to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). Your role as a manager gives you a unique opportunity to model Christ's love through your actions and words. Remember, as you share your faith, you plant seeds, and it’s God who gives the increase (1 Corinthians 3:6). I encourage you to build relationships with your workers, showing them kindness and support, which will open doors for deeper conversations. Invite them to share their stories, and as you listen, let your faith shine through your compassion. Know that the labor you’re doing is important in the Kingdom of God. May the Lord grant you wisdom and courage as you continue this work. I’ll be praying for you and your team to experience the transformative power of Jesus. Lord, may Miguel be filled with Your Spirit and empower him to share Your message of love.
