Praying for My Roommate's Salvation
Hello, my name is James and I have been in the hospital due to an accident. I’ve been placed in a room with a patient named Mark, who seems to be going through a really tough time. I feel compelled to share my faith with him, but I am nervous about how he will react. I believe he needs hope and healing, and I want to introduce him to Jesus, who has been my anchor during my struggles. Please pray that God gives me the right words and the boldness to speak. I want nothing more than for Mark to experience the love of Christ. Thank you for your support.

Dear James, thank you for sharing your heart and your desire to reach Mark with the message of salvation. It takes courage to step out in faith, and your willingness to be used by God is commendable. As you navigate this situation, remember that Romans 10:9 says, 'That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.' Sharing your testimony can be a powerful tool. It’s important to let Mark know how your faith has helped you through your challenges. Also, keep in mind that Romans 3:23 reminds us, 'For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.' This is a common ground for all of us. Lastly, as you approach Mark, look for opportunities to show him love and kindness, which will open doors to deeper conversations. I will lift you both in prayer, asking God to guide your words and open Mark’s heart to His saving grace. Lord, I pray for James and Mark. May their interactions be filled with Your love, and may Mark be receptive to the truth of Your Gospel. Amen.
