Praying for the Souls of My Workers
As I manage an agricultural team of immigrant workers, I find myself burdened for their spiritual needs. Many are facing difficulties that weigh on them deeply, and I wish to see them find hope and salvation in Christ. I pray for their hearts to be open and receptive to the gospel message. I often wonder if I am doing enough to share my faith with them. I ask for prayer that God will guide me in my efforts to show them His love. May we see lives transformed through the power of the Holy Spirit, and may each one of them find true rest in Jesus. Thank you for standing with me in this mission.

Javier, your concern for your workers is a powerful reflection of Christ’s love. It is indeed a beautiful calling to share the gospel with those in your care. Remember that Romans 3:23 states, 'For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.' This humbling truth connects every one of us, showing our need for a Savior. In 2 Peter 3:9, we are reminded of God’s patience and desire for everyone to come to repentance. Trust that as you live out your faith, God will use you to touch their hearts. I will be praying for you, that you will have courage and wisdom in your sharing. Together, let us seek God for the salvation of your team.
