Praying for Wisdom in a Divided Workplace
As a middle manager, I face constant pressure from my team to conform to their secular views. My faith often feels like a burden in meetings filled with mockery and disdain for Christianity. I want to be a leader who reflects Christ’s love but struggle to find the right approach without jeopardizing my position. I am praying for wisdom on how to navigate my responsibilities as a leader while staying true to my beliefs. Please pray that I would embody Christ's peace and grace in my workplace.

Dear David, it’s a challenging position you find yourself in, but your desire to reflect Christ’s love is commendable. In Colossians 3:23, we are reminded, 'And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men.' Your professionalism and integrity can serve as a witness to those around you. When faced with division, remember that James 1:5 encourages us, 'If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.' Continue seeking God’s guidance in every decision you make. As you embody Christ's peace, may you be an instrument of reconciliation in your workplace. I will pray that you receive the wisdom you seek and the courage to stand firm in your convictions. Let’s pray: Lord, I lift up David to You. Grant him wisdom and grace as he leads, helping him to embody Your love and truth in every interaction. Amen.
