Rebuilding My Life After a Major Loss
My name is Lena, and I am a 33-year-old single mother who lost my right arm in a tragic accident. Each day I wake up feeling overwhelmed with the reality of my situation. The physical changes have brought such a sense of loss, but I am also grieving the dreams I had for my life and my children’s future. I feel lost and scared about what’s to come. My kids are my world, and I want to be strong for them, yet I feel so fragile. I pray for strength to rebuild my life and find a new routine that works for us as a family.
