Rebuilding My Life After Financial Betrayal
My name is Sarah, and I find myself in a situation I never imagined I would face. Years of hard work and saving for my retirement were taken away by a financial scam that has left me devastated. Dear Sarah, I am truly sorry to hear about the loss you have experienced. Please remember that our God is a God of restoration. In Deuteronomy 8:18, we are reminded that it is He who gives us the power to get wealth. While it may feel as though your future is uncertain, trust in the Lord's provision and guidance. As it says in Matthew 6:33, if we seek first the Kingdom of God, all these things will be added unto us. God desires for you to thrive, not just survive. I encourage you to reach out to your community for support, as they may provide resources or opportunities to help. In times of distress, cling to the promise in Psalms 37:4—delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart. May you find peace and strength in His presence. I will be praying for your comfort, wisdom, and restoration during this challenging time.
