Rebuilding Trust in God’s Protection
After losing a family member to COVID-19, my faith has been deeply shaken. I had always believed that God would protect my loved ones, and now I am left with so many questions and a heavy heart. I feel guilt for not having enough faith and anger for how things turned out. It’s hard to see the light when I’m surrounded by grief and disappointment. I’m asking for prayer that I may find peace in the midst of my pain and begin to trust God's plan again. Please pray for my family as we navigate our loss together.

Dear Michael, my heart goes out to you during this profoundly difficult time. Grieving the loss of a loved one is a heavy burden, and it’s natural to feel doubt and anger when we experience such pain. In Psalms 34:18, we are reminded that the Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and He comforts those who are crushed in spirit. It is important to allow yourself to grieve and process these feelings with God. Remember that even in our darkest hours, God is still in control, and nothing can separate us from His love (Romans 8:39). I encourage you to lean into your community for support and share your feelings openly. Let’s pray together: Heavenly Father, please wrap Your loving arms around Michael and his family. Bring them comfort and restore their faith in Your protection and love. Amen.
