Reclaiming My Peace After Emotional Exhaustion
Hi, I’m Jasmine, a 30-year-old healthcare worker. This past year has been incredibly taxing on my mental health due to the pressures of my job during a crisis. I felt emotionally exhausted and broke down under the weight of it all. I’ve been struggling to find my way back to a sense of normalcy and peace. I want to rebuild my life and reconnect with the joy I once had. I’m seeking prayers for healing and the ability to trust in God’s plan for my life again. I want to feel whole and vibrant once more.

Dear Jasmine, thank you for sharing your heart with us. It’s understandable that the pressures of your work have weighed heavily on you. God sees your struggle and desires to renew your spirit. In Matthew 11:28, Jesus invites you, 'Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.' Allow yourself to lean into that promise of rest. As you seek to reclaim your peace, remember that healing is a journey, and it’s okay to feel what you feel. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18), and He is prepared to lift you up. I encourage you to seek solace in prayer and find stability in His Word. I will be praying for your healing and the renewal of joy in your life.
