Rediscovering Love and Trust in Each Other
For over a year, my wife and I were caught in a cycle of resentment and pain that led us to contemplate separating. Through a series of counseling sessions, we uncovered deep-rooted issues that had been festering for years. It hasn’t been easy, but we’ve started to rebuild trust and affection, learning to express our love in healthier ways. I am so thankful for these opportunities to work on our marriage. It feels like we’ve found a new lease on life together, and I am excited about what the future holds. I ask for prayers for continued healing and that we don’t let past grievances resurface as we forge ahead.

Dear Aaron, what a powerful testimony of healing and redemption! It's inspiring to hear how you and your wife are actively choosing to work on your relationship despite the struggles you’ve faced. In your journey, hold on to the beautiful promise found in 1 Thessalonians 5:18, which encourages us to give thanks in all circumstances. Your gratitude is a significant part of this healing process. As you move forward, keep in mind that in Ephesians 5:33, we find, "...let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband." Your commitment to loving and respecting each other is essential.
