Seeking Clarity for My Son Lost in Deception
Lord, I come to You with a heavy heart for my son, who has become entangled in a cult that is leading him away from the truth of Your Word. It breaks my heart to see him so lost and confused, accepting lies instead of the hope found in Christ. I pray for clarity in his mind and heart. Help him to see the emptiness of these teachings and the fullness of life that can only be found in You. Give me the wisdom to speak to him effectively. I trust that You have a plan for him, and I long for the day he returns to Your loving embrace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Dear Linda, it’s clear that your love for your son is profound, and your concerns are valid in the light of God’s truth. Remember, the thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Christ came to give us life more abundantly. We must hold onto that truth as we pray and advocate for our loved ones. ‘For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord’ (Romans 6:23) reminds us that hope always exists in Christ. Let us pray for clarity for your son: Lord, we ask for Your light to shine in Linda’s son’s life, breaking the power of deception and leading him back to You. Amen.
