Seeking Courage to Speak About Salvation
Hello, my name is Linda, and I’m a truck driver who spends long hours away from home. I often meet people at truck stops and rest areas, and I feel led to share my faith with them. However, I struggle with fear and hesitation. Please pray that I find the courage to speak up about Jesus and the salvation He offers. I want to be used by God to plant seeds of faith in others’ hearts, but sometimes the fear of rejection holds me back. I believe that with your prayers, I can overcome this barrier and be a bold witness for Christ on my journeys.

Dear Linda, it’s wonderful to express your desire to share your faith during your travels. You are not alone in your feelings of fear; even the greatest leaders in the Bible faced similar challenges. Remember, God has equipped you for this task. In 2 Timothy 1:7, we learn, 'For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.' As you step out in faith, trust that He will give you the words you need, as stated in Luke 12:12, 'For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.' Salvation is a gift for everyone, and the Lord desires that all come to know Him, as in 1 Timothy 2:4, 'Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.' I will be praying that God fills you with His peace and boldness as you share your faith. Lord, empower Linda with Your strength and wisdom as she shares the Gospel. Amen.
