Seeking Direction After Struggling with My Faith Journey
God, I am at a crossroads in my faith. For so long, I believed wholeheartedly, but now doubt seems to cloud my thoughts. I often feel like I'm going through the motions without a real connection to You. The passion I once had has faded, and I find myself questioning everything I thought I knew. Am I still called to serve? Is this just a phase, or is it a sign that I should step back? I ask for prayer to help me find clarity and to renew my faith. I long for a deeper connection with You and to understand the path You want me to take.
Pastor's Response

Women's Ministry Leader, Cornerstone Church
Dear David, I want to encourage you in this season of doubt. It's not uncommon to feel as though our faith is wavering, especially when faced with challenges. In Romans 10:17, we learn that 'faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.' I encourage you to immerse yourself in Scripture; it can rekindle that passion and connection you long for. Remember that even great men of faith, like John the Baptist, experienced doubt (Matthew 11:3). You are not alone in this journey. The promise in Philippians 1:6 reassures us that God is at work in you, even when you don’t see it. Please know that I am praying for restoration in your faith and direction on your path. Trust in God's timing and grace.
