Seeking Divine Intervention in Our Custody Battle

🙏233 people praying
·James·February 24, 2026

Heavenly Father, I feel overwhelmed by the bitterness that surrounds our custody battle. Every day feels like an uphill struggle, and I worry that my children are losing their sense of security and peace. They don’t deserve to bear the burden of our disputes and misunderstandings. I ask for Your guidance and divine intervention in this situation. Please help us to communicate respectfully and keep our children's best interests at the forefront. I pray for a resolution that provides them with the stability they need and allows them to flourish despite this storm. Lord, help us to be examples of Your love and grace, showing our children what it means to forgive and move forward. I lay this burden at Your feet and trust that You will bring healing and peace in Your perfect timing.

Dear James, thank you for your honest prayer. It’s clear how deeply you care for your children and their emotional well-being amidst this custody struggle. God sees your heart and your desire to provide a loving environment for them. As you seek divine intervention, remember that God is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). He is not only a God of justice, but also of peace. The Scripture reminds us in Malachi 2:16 that God hates divorce and desires for us to uphold our commitments to one another, including for the sake of our children. Trust that God will intervene as you place your faith in Him. Let’s pray together: Lord, we ask for Your intervention in this custody battle. Grant wisdom and peace to James and his family, and let Your will be done. In Jesus' name, Amen.
