Seeking Financial Stability Amid Racial Challenges
Hello, my name is Carlos. I am a Latino man working in a corporate environment where I have experienced racial bias that has unfairly affected my career advancement. My financial situation is tight, and the thought of losing my job or being passed over for promotions due to discrimination fills me with anxiety. I feel disheartened and helpless, and I need prayers for both my work life and my finances. I ask for strength to advocate for myself in a respectful manner and for opportunities to arise, regardless of the bias around me. It’s important to remember that God has a plan for you, as stated in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end." I encourage you to remain steadfast in your work and trust that God is working behind the scenes for your good (Romans 8:28). Trust in His provision as you continue your efforts and seek opportunities—remember, "The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and He addeth no sorrow with it" (Proverbs 10:22).
