Seeking God's Comfort for Our Hindu Friend
A dear friend of mine who practices Hinduism is in deep despair after losing their job and struggling to provide for their family. They have expressed feeling hopeless and question their beliefs. My heart aches for them, and I want to see them find the hope and comfort that can only come from Christ. I pray that they would be open to the message of salvation and help them discover the love of Jesus. Please keep them in your prayers, so they can feel God's presence in their suffering and be drawn to the truth that leads to everlasting life.

Dear James, Thank you for sharing your concern for your friend. It’s a blessing to have someone like you who cares so deeply. Trials can cause people to question their beliefs, and it’s during these times that they may become more receptive to the Gospel. Your friend needs to know that God is close to the brokenhearted, as stated in Psalm 34:18. Romans 10:9 reminds us that confessing Jesus as Lord leads to salvation. Share this with your friend as you speak to them about the hope and comfort found in Christ. The offer of salvation is a gift, as emphasized in Ephesians 2:8. Let us pray that your friend’s heart is softened, and that God uses your support to draw them closer to Him. May the Lord give you wisdom in how to best reach out.
