Seeking Justice in An Unfair Pay Situation
I am a 45-year-old man who has been in my role for over a decade, and I am frustrated by the disparity in pay between myself and a new male colleague who has only recently joined the team. We perform the same duties, yet his salary is significantly higher. It feels incredibly unfair and demotivating, especially when I consider the loyalty and experience I bring to the company. I've prayed for clarity and for God to open the doors for an honest conversation about this, but I'm struggling to find the right words. Please pray that I can advocate for myself confidently and that my employer will be receptive to my concerns.
