Seeking Salvation for My Agricultural Team
I manage a small team of agricultural workers, many of whom are immigrants facing various challenges, both in life and in faith. As I lead them through our daily tasks, I am often reminded of how important it is to share God's love with them. I see their struggles and burdens, and I want nothing more than for them to have the hope that comes from knowing Jesus. However, I feel overwhelmed by the need for language and cultural barriers to be broken down. I ask for your prayers that God would provide me with the wisdom and courage to gently share the Gospel with my team, and that their hearts would be receptive to His word. I believe God has a plan for each of them, and I am praying that they will come to know Him deeply and personally.

Remember, Jesus said, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life' (John 14:6), and He can empower you to reach your team effectively. You are not alone in this mission; God is with you, guiding your steps and the words you share. As you approach them, pray for the Holy Spirit to prepare their hearts, for it is by grace that we are saved, not by works (Ephesians 2:9). I am praying for you and your team, that your efforts will bear fruit and lead them toward salvation. Let’s pray together: Lord, we ask for David’s team to encounter You in a transformative way.
