Seeking Strength to Cope with School Anxiety
As a mother of a 9-year-old son, I’m reaching out for prayers regarding my anxiety about his school environment. I am constantly worried if he will be safe and supported there. I want him to thrive socially and academically, but my fear has begun to cloud my thoughts. I pray for the strength to overcome this anxiety and to trust that God has a plan for him. I don’t want my fears to limit his experiences. Please pray that I can refocus my thoughts and lean on God for comfort and guidance. Thank you for being there for us.

Dear Tina, thank you for your honest sharing. It’s evident how much you love your son and want the very best for him. Anxiety often weighs heavily on a parent’s heart, especially in today’s world. I want to encourage you that our Lord cares for you and your child. Philippians 4:6 reminds us, 'Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.' Hand over your worries to Him, as He desires to carry that burden for you. Remember, in Psalm 34:4, it says, 'I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.' God is listening, and He will guide you through this. Let's pray together: Lord, we ask for Your strength and peace to surround Tina and her son. Help her to release her fears and find comfort in You. Amen.
