Sharing My Faith with Hospital Roommate
Hi, my name is Lisa and I'm currently in the hospital for a health issue. My roommate, Sarah, seems to be struggling with her faith, and I feel a strong urge to share the love of Christ with her. I’ve been praying for the right words to say and the right moment to bring it up. I want to be a light in her life, especially at such a vulnerable time. Please pray that God opens her heart to the message of salvation and that I can be sensitive to her needs and feelings. I believe that this is a divine appointment, and I don’t want to miss the chance to share the hope that I have in Jesus. Thank you for your prayers.

Dear Lisa, it’s heartwarming to hear that you want to share your faith with Sarah during this difficult time in her life. As you step out in faith, remember the words of Jesus in John 14:6, where He says, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.' Your desire to share the Good News is vital, and God will guide your conversations. Pray for wisdom and opportunities to reveal His love. Ephesians 2:8 reminds us, 'For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.' This gift can transform lives. Trust that God is already working in Sarah’s heart. Lastly, remember that 2 Peter 3:9 tells us, 'The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.' I will pray for both of you to encounter God’s grace and love. Heavenly Father, I ask that You bless Lisa and Sarah during this time. May Lisa be a vessel of Your love, and may Sarah's heart be open to the truth of the Gospel. Amen.
