Struggling to Align Career with Calling
Dear community, I am seeking prayer as I feel at odds with my career path. I’ve been fortunate to secure a high-paying job, but it feels disconnected from my true calling. I want to serve others and make a difference, yet I find myself in a role that prioritizes profit over people. Each day, I feel more disheartened and unmotivated. I wish for clarity on whether to stay and try to make changes or to transition to a different path altogether. Please pray that I find God's direction and strength in this pivotal time.

God has gifted each of us with unique talents to serve others (1 Peter 4:10). In this moment of uncertainty, remember the promise in Luke 16:10 that 'he that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much.' Your current role can still be a platform for change, and you can impact those around you. Take time to pray and seek God’s direction. Ecclesiastes 3:22 reminds us that 'there is nothing better than that a man should rejoice in his own works.' God wants you to find joy in your labor, and He will guide your steps as you seek Him.
