Struggling to Trust Amid Global Crisis
Hi, I'm Noor, a 32-year-old immigrant and mother of three. The ongoing crises around the world weigh heavily on my heart. As a follower of Christ, I want to trust Him fully, but I often feel fear creeping in when I see suffering and turmoil. I worry about my family’s safety and our stability, especially with so many uncertainties. I want to guide my children in faith, but my fears sometimes overshadow my ability to do so. Please pray that I can deepen my trust in God and model His love and peace to my children, despite the fears I currently face.

Dear Noor, thank you for reaching out and sharing your heart. It’s a challenging time, and your feelings are completely valid. Living in uncertainty can be incredibly difficult, but remember that our God is sovereign and cares for us deeply. In Isaiah 41:10, we are reminded, 'Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God.' He promises to strengthen and uphold us during these trying times. As you navigate these fears, lean on His promises. Philippians 4:6 tells us to be anxious for nothing, but in every situation, to pray and present our requests to God. He hears us and cares deeply about the challenges we face. I will pray that God fills your heart with His peace, enabling you to foster faith and confidence in your children. Trust that God is working, even when we cannot see His plan. Let us pray together for His strength and calmness in your heart.
