Struggling with Financial Instability
I’m a single mother working two jobs to support my three children. Right now, my main job is at risk due to budget cuts, and I’m terrified of what that means for our future. Every day feels like a balancing act between providing for my family's needs and managing my fear of job loss. I long for stability and the ability to give my children a comfortable life, but I often feel overwhelmed. I ask for prayers to help me find peace in this turmoil and to guide me toward job opportunities that can sustain us. I want to be the strong, secure parent they deserve.

Dear Maria, thank you for sharing your struggle. As a single mother, your heart for your children is evident in your words, and God sees your sacrifices. In Proverbs 10:22, we find that the blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and He adds no sorrow with it. Trust that God will provide for your needs. Remember that you are not alone; God is your strength during these times of trial. In Proverbs 22:29, we read about the diligent being brought before kings, which assures us that hard work will be recognized. I encourage you to remain faithful in your work and continue seeking opportunities. Let us pray together: 'Lord, we lift up Maria to You. Please provide her with stability and opportunities that will bless her family. Amen.'
