Dear Jamal, I want you to know that your feelings of pain and isolation are valid, and God sees your struggles. In times like these, we can turn to the Word for encouragement. Remember that the Lord has promised to be with you in every situation. Philippians 4:19 reminds us that 'my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.' This includes emotional support and the right opportunities for you. You are not alone. The Lord is your refuge (Psalm 34:18). Additionally, He desires justice and will help you navigate these troubled waters. Seek wisdom and guidance from Him, as James 1:5 instructs us to ask for wisdom, and He will give it generously. I will be praying for you, that God opens doors for you, grants you strength and courage, and leads you to a workplace where your gifts are recognized and celebrated. Hold onto your faith and keep seeking Him, for He is your ultimate source of hope.
