Thankful for Family Gatherings in Our New Home
Our family has gone through many challenges over the years, and it has been a while since we have all been together. Now that we have our first home, we are so grateful for the chance to bring everyone under one roof. This weekend, we’re hosting a gathering, and I am filled with anticipation and joy. I remember the times when I prayed for reconciliation and connection with my loved ones. God has truly answered our prayers, and I ask for prayer that our family gathering is filled with love, laughter, and healing.

Dear Marcus, how wonderful it is to hear that your family will be gathering in your new home! Family is a precious gift from God, and it is through gatherings like these that we strengthen our bonds with one another. In Psalm 136:1, we are reminded, 'O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth forever.' It’s through His enduring mercy that your family has these opportunities for healing and connection. As you host this gathering, I encourage you to create an atmosphere where gratitude flows freely and where each person feels valued and loved. Remember that 'where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them' (Matthew 18:20). I will pray that your home becomes a sanctuary of joy, and that each relationship is fortified with love. May your family experience the fullness of God's presence during your time together!
