Thankful for Our Church Family's Support
Hello everyone, I wanted to take a moment to express my profound gratitude for the support we've received from our church family during this recent tornado. My family was miraculously spared, but watching our neighbors suffer has been heart-wrenching. Through this ordeal, our church has rallied around us, bringing food, prayers, and encouragement. It’s truly a blessing to know we are not alone. I ask for prayer that we continue to find ways to support our neighbors and for God's love to shine through us in this challenging time.

Dear Marcus, thank you for your beautiful message of gratitude amidst the turmoil. It warms my heart to see how the church has rallied to show the love of Christ during such challenging circumstances. Psalm 34:3 encourages us to magnify the Lord together and exalt His name, which is precisely what your community is doing. This is a profound reflection of 1 John 4:19, ‘We love Him because He first loved us.’ Your desire to support your neighbors demonstrates a Christ-like heart, and Romans 8:31 reminds us that if God is for us, who can be against us? Let us continue to seek His guidance and strength as we help those in need. I join you in prayer that God equips you and your church family, providing you with wisdom and resources to aid your neighbors effectively. May His love flow through you as a beacon of hope in your community.
