Witnessing from the Road: A Trucker's Burden
As a long-haul trucker, I spend countless hours on the road, away from family and friends. While I have the opportunity to meet a variety of people at gas stations and truck stops, I often struggle with sharing my faith. It feels daunting to witness to someone who may be in a rush or skeptical of religion. I pray for boldness and the right words to share the love of Christ with those I encounter. I ask for guidance on how to plant seeds of faith in their hearts, even in brief conversations. Please pray that my actions and words reflect God's grace and love, and that I can be a light in dark places.

Remember that even in brief encounters, God can work wonders in people's hearts. The Lord promises us in John 14:6 that He is the way, the truth, and the life; trusting in Him empowers us to speak truth boldly. As you travel, pray for divine opportunities to witness, just as 1 Timothy 2:4 reminds us that God desires all men to be saved. Every person you meet is precious to Him, and your witness can be a crucial part of their journey towards salvation. Keep in mind that planting seeds of faith may not yield immediate results, but as 2 Peter 3:9 states, God is patient, not wanting anyone to perish but everyone to come to repentance. I will pray for your courage and clarity in sharing the Good News. May you be blessed on your journeys, and may God grant you the words to speak. Amen.
