Wrestling with a Decrease in Donations
Dear friends, I am feeling overwhelmed by the decrease in financial support for my missionary work. The last few months have been challenging, and I’ve been wrestling with feelings of insecurity and doubt. My mission is to share God’s love and reach those who have not yet encountered Christ, but without the necessary resources, I fear I won’t be able to continue this important work. I’ve been praying for God’s provision and guidance, but my heart is heavy. I am asking for prayer that God will touch the hearts of those who support my mission, and for wisdom to navigate these uncertain times with faith.

Dear David, I can only imagine the weight you are carrying as you face this financial uncertainty in your missionary work. Remember that God is our ultimate provider, and He knows your needs even before you ask. In Matthew 6:33, we are reminded to 'seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.' Trusting in God’s timing can be incredibly challenging, but He promises to provide for your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Consider reflecting on Proverbs 22:29, which encourages us to be diligent in our work. Your commitment to His mission is commendable. As you pray, ask for wisdom (James 1:5) to discern how to approach potential supporters effectively and creatively. I am standing in prayer with you, asking for God’s abundant provision in this season of need. May He renew your strength and faith as you serve.
