Wrestling with Doubts About My Eternal Home
Dear God, I'm feeling lost and confused about what happens after this life. My mind races with doubts about heaven, and sometimes I wonder if I'm truly deserving of Your grace. I often hear people talk about the joy of eternal life, but it feels so distant and uncertain to me. I question if I'm enough, if I've done enough good, and if I'll find my place in paradise. Lord, I want to embrace the hope of Heaven, but my fears keep pulling me back. I ask for your guidance and clarity as I work through these feelings. Please help me to trust in Your promises and find peace in knowing You hold my future.

Dear David, thank you for sharing your heart and your struggle with doubts about Heaven. It is entirely natural to wrestle with these feelings, especially when we contemplate eternity. Remember, Jesus assures us in John 14:2-3 that He has prepared a place for us. His love and grace are not dependent on our actions but are freely given as we believe in Him. As you seek answers, James 1:5 encourages us that if we lack wisdom, we should ask God, who gives generously to all. Trust in His plan and His timing. When doubts arise, remember Romans 8:39, which reminds us that nothing can separate us from the love of God. You are indeed deserving of His grace. Let us pray together: Lord, we ask for peace and understanding for David as he navigates these doubts. Help him to find assurance in Your promises and to feel Your love surrounding him. Amen.
