Wrestling with Doubts After a Faith Crisis
After a recent personal tragedy, my faith has been shaken. I’m wrestling with a lot of doubts and questions about God’s goodness. I used to be so certain in my beliefs, but now it feels like I’m wandering in darkness. I know the Scriptures speak of God’s love and plans for us, but my heart struggles to connect with those truths. I feel exhausted from the constant battle against my doubts, and it’s difficult to find the desire to engage with my faith practices. I ask for prayer to help me navigate this crisis of faith and to rediscover hope.

Dear Sofia, I want you to know that wrestling with doubts is a normal part of the faith journey, especially after experiencing loss. God understands your pain and your questions. In 2 Corinthians 12:9, He assures us, 'My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.' Your honesty in sharing your struggles is a testament to your courage, and God honors that. It’s during these challenging times that we can draw closer to Him and seek the truth of His Word. Remember, faith is often born out of the wrestling that leads to deeper understanding. John 14:27 reminds us of the peace that Jesus leaves us: 'Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you.' Allow His peace to seep into your heart as you process through this season. I will pray that you find clarity in your doubts and that God reveals His love and purpose for you in a profound way.
