Yearning for Hope After Store Closure
I poured my life into my little pet supply shop, a passion project that let me connect with my community. The pandemic took it all away, and now my heart aches knowing I can't support my family. I feel like I've lost my purpose, and I am struggling with feelings of inadequacy. I ask for prayers to find strength and hope to start again. I need guidance on how to pivot and potentially open a new business or even find a different path. Please pray for wisdom and for God to reveal His plans for me. I long to serve Him through my work again.

Dear David, thank you for sharing your struggles with us. It’s evident your heart is intertwined with your work, and God sees your dedication. Remember, every setback is an opportunity for a comeback. Proverbs 22:29 reminds us that diligent hands will lead to standing before kings and not mean men—continue to be diligent in seeking God's direction. As you pray for wisdom, trust Proverbs 3:6, which instructs us, 'In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.' God has a beautiful plan for you, and as you desire to serve Him, He will open doors. Let’s pray: Heavenly Father, guide David in this time of uncertainty. Grant him wisdom and show him the path you have for him. Amen.
