Yearning for My Crew's Salvation
I work alongside a group of fellow agricultural workers who have become like family to me. Many of them come from different backgrounds and faiths, so conversations about Jesus feel like uncharted territory. I am often filled with a sense of urgency for their spiritual well-being, yet I'm uncertain how to approach the topic. I find myself praying for their hearts and the right opportunities to share the gospel. It’s hard to balance my professional responsibilities with my desire to lead them to Christ. Please pray that God opens doors for me to share His love and that my coworkers would be receptive to His message of salvation. I long for all of them to experience the joy of a relationship with God.

Dear David, thank you for your sincere request. Your heart for your crew is commendable, and it mirrors God’s own desire for everyone to come to salvation (1 Timothy 2:4). It's important to remember that your actions often speak louder than words. Live out your faith authentically; let them see the difference Christ makes in your life. As you spend time with them, look for moments to share your testimony—your journey with Christ can be a powerful witness. In Luke 15:7, we’re reminded of the joy in heaven over every soul that turns to Him. Continue to pray earnestly for your coworkers, and trust that God is preparing their hearts. You are a vessel in His hands; keep being faithful in your witness, and I will pray for you as well, asking God to grant you the courage and wisdom you need.
