Yearning for My Daughter's Heart to Know Jesus
I am a single mom, and my daughter has recently become distant from her faith and from me. She used to be filled with joy and curiosity about God, but as she has grown older, I see her struggling with doubts and the pressures of adolescence. As her coach for the school’s gymnastics team, I want to reach her heart and lead her back to a relationship with Christ. I pray for the right opportunities to speak to her about faith and for the right words to say. I want her to know that God loves her unconditionally and has a purpose for her life. Please pray that the Holy Spirit would touch her heart and that she would find her way back to faith. It breaks my heart to see her lost, and I yearn for her to experience the fullness of life that comes from knowing Jesus.

Dear Sophia, your love for your daughter shines through in your heartfelt words, and it’s clear that you are a dedicated and caring mother. It can be painful to see our children struggle with their faith, especially when they face the challenges of growing up. In Romans 3:23, we are reminded that all have sinned, and it’s natural for our children to wander at times. However, we serve a God who desires all to be saved (1 Timothy 2:4). Your prayers for her are powerful, and God hears you. Continue to be a beacon of hope and love in her life, demonstrating the grace of God through your actions. Open conversations during special moments, whether it’s while practicing gymnastics or just spending time together. The Lord will provide you with the wisdom you need (James 1:5). Let’s pray together: Lord, please touch Sophia’s daughter’s heart and lead her back to You. May she experience Your love and discover her purpose in Christ. In Jesus' name, Amen.
