Youth Coach Seeking Strength to Share Christ's Message
As a youth coach for a local baseball team, I have the privilege of mentoring boys who look up to me. I’ve been feeling a strong pull to introduce them to Christ, but I often struggle with how to approach this topic. Many of them come from tough backgrounds, and I want to provide a safe space where they can learn about faith and hope. I’m asking for prayers that God gives me boldness to share the gospel naturally, through my actions and words. I want them to see the love of Christ in me and to know that He cares for them deeply. Please join me in praying that their hearts are open and receptive to the message of salvation and that I can lead them to a saving knowledge of Jesus.

Dear Ethan, it is wonderful to see your heart for these young boys. God has placed you in their lives for a purpose. Remember that 'The Lord is not slack concerning his promise; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish' (2 Peter 3:9). Your commitment to show them the love of Christ can profoundly affect their lives. Ask for opportunities to share your faith, as we are called to be 'salt and light' in our communities (Matthew 5:13-16). Encourage them through your actions and by sharing personal stories of faith. Let them see that you genuinely care about their well-being. Together, let’s pray: Lord, empower Ethan with the courage and wisdom to reach these boys. May they come to know your love and salvation. Amen.
