Emerging from Shadows: A Heart Renewed in Praise
My name is Thomas, and I’m a 50-year-old man who has battled depression for the last decade. There were days when I couldn’t even find the strength to get out of bed. But recently, I attended a men's retreat where I felt the presence of God in a powerful way. I was surrounded by other men who shared their struggles, and it awakened something deep within me. For the first time in a long while, I felt joy. I’m thankful for this experience and the friendships I’ve formed. I’m requesting prayer to cultivate this joy and to embrace it daily.
