Finding Calm in Money-related Anxiety
I'm a 28-year-old recent graduate struggling with anxiety about money despite having a steady job. I feel a pressure to pay off student loans and save for the future, but I can’t shake the feeling of fear that I’ll never have enough. This anxiety often keeps me awake at night, and I want to find peace and joy in my life. I am asking for prayers that I may learn to trust God with my finances and to alleviate this burden I carry.

Grief and Healing Ministry
Dear Emily, thank you for sharing your heart with us. It’s completely normal to feel anxious, especially after transitioning into the workforce and facing financial responsibilities like student loans. I want to encourage you with the words of 2 Timothy 1:7, which reminds us that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love, and of a sound mind. It’s important to remember that God knows your situation and is with you as you navigate these challenges. As you face financial anxiety, meditate on Psalm 91:1, which assures us that he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. Finding that secret place through prayer and scripture will bring you the peace you seek. Let’s pray together: Heavenly Father, I ask that You comfort Emily in her fears and grant her the peace that comes from trusting in You. Help her to lean on Your promises and lift her anxiety as she seeks You daily. In Jesus' name, Amen.
