Finding Freedom from Anxiety During Work Meetings
Hi Pastor Sarah, I'm an Asian-American woman in my mid-30s, working in a fast-paced tech company. I love my job, but I often experience crippling anxiety every time I have to attend team meetings. The fear of speaking up, sharing my ideas, or even answering questions leaves me feeling paralyzed. I worry that my contributions won't be valued, and I find myself second-guessing every thought I have. This anxiety is affecting my performance and my enjoyment of work. I really want to break free from this cycle of fear and find the courage to speak up. Please pray for me to be able to express myself confidently and for God to give me peace in those moments of anxiety.

Psalm 91:1 assures us, 'He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.'
