Finding Hope Amid Workplace Challenges
As a 36-year-old Asian woman, I have been facing racial discrimination at my workplace, and it has been a heavy burden to bear. It feels like every day is a battle to prove myself, and I constantly worry about losing my job due to a lack of support. I turn to prayer for strength and guidance, but I feel so discouraged when nothing seems to change. I ask for prayers that God would grant me favor with my colleagues and superiors. I want to keep my faith strong during this trying time and seek His will in every situation. Please pray that I can find hope and positive change in my work environment.

Dear Mei Ling, thank you for your openness in sharing your concerns. Facing racial discrimination in the workplace is both painful and exhausting, and I commend you for bringing this to prayer. Remember, God sees you and your efforts. "Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness" (Isaiah 41:10). Hold on to this promise as you navigate your current situation. It’s crucial to stay anchored in your faith, as scripture encourages us: "And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not" (Galatians 6:9). I believe that God will eventually bring about the change you seek, and He will bless your perseverance with favor. Hold fast to hope; God is working even when we don’t see it. I’ll pray for your strength and for transformative moments in your workplace.
