Finding Joy Despite Financial Anxiety in Art
Greetings, my name is Tom, and at 40, I find myself grappling with the financial instability that comes from being an artist. I’ve been fortunate to sell a few pieces here and there, but it’s not enough to sustain a living. I often feel like I'm fighting an uphill battle, and I worry about how I will support my family. I want to keep creating art that speaks to the heart, but the financial anxiety is taking a toll on my mental health. I ask for prayers that I can find ways to make my art reach a wider audience and that I can trust God during this difficult time. I hope to find an avenue that allows me to bless others with my creativity and provide for my loved ones. Thank you for your prayers.

Dear Tom, thank you for your openness about your struggles. Your desire to create art that resonates with others is a beautiful calling. God sees your hard work and the love you have for your family. Remember that "The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand" (Deuteronomy 28:12). As you continue to create, trust that God will bless your efforts. Focus on using your gifts to serve others, and you will find joy in the journey. I encourage you to remain steadfast in faith, for "In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you" (1 Thessalonians 5:18).
