Finding Joy in My Journey, Not Others'
Dear God, I come to you feeling the weight of comparison pressing down on my heart. Every day, I scroll through social media and see my friends achieving remarkable things—new jobs, relationships, and adventures. I find myself caught in a cycle of jealousy and anxiety, constantly asking why I’m not where they are. I know in my heart that you have a plan for me, but it’s hard to remember that when everything around me feels overwhelming. Lord, please help me to appreciate my own journey and recognize the blessings I have, even when it feels small compared to others. Remind me that my value is not tied to social media perceptions, but to Your love for me. Amen.

Biblical Counseling Ministry
Dear Jessica, thank you for your heartfelt prayer. It’s vital to remember that God’s timing and plans are uniquely tailored for each of us. In Matthew 6:34, we are reminded not to worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will take care of itself. Focusing on the present can help alleviate feelings of inadequacy. God has a unique purpose for you and is working everything for your good (Romans 8:28). Embrace the journey He has laid out for you. Additionally, in Philippians 4:6, we are encouraged to bring our worries to God in prayer. Allow His peace to flood your heart as you cultivate gratitude for your own blessings. Let’s pray: 'Lord, guide Jessica to find joy in her own path and shield her heart from comparison. Amen.'
