Overcoming Fear from the Earthquake
The earthquake I survived last year left me shaken, both physically and emotionally. I struggle to sleep at night, always jolted awake by the thought of tremors returning. It's hard for me to focus on my job and my daily life when the fear feels so overpowering. I yearn to trust God’s protection and to experience freedom from this anxiety that clings to me. Please pray for my heart and mind to be healed and for strength to face each day with courage and hope, rather than fear.

Dear Daniel, I appreciate you sharing your struggle with us. Surviving an earthquake is a life-altering experience, and it's understandable that you are still feeling the effects. I want to remind you that God is your protector, and we find comfort in Isaiah 41:10: 'Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God.' The Lord is with you, ready to uphold you during these times of anxiety. You can find solace in Philippians 4:7, knowing, 'the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.' I encourage you to lean into your faith and allow God to fill you with His peace. Let's pray: Lord, I lift Daniel to You today. Please grant him the strength to overcome his fears and fill him with peace. May he find comfort in Your presence. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
