Praying for Justice in Workplace Pay
I’m Maria, and I need prayer for a challenging situation at work. I have been in a role with the same responsibilities as a male colleague for a considerable time, but I have come to realize that I'm earning significantly less. This has made me feel undervalued and frustrated in an environment where I strive to give my best. I ask for prayers to find a way to approach this issue constructively and to advocate for myself effectively. I want to trust God's plan for my financial future, but I also want to be treated fairly in my workplace. Your prayers would be greatly appreciated.
