Requesting Prayer for My Unbelieving Neighbor
I am asking for prayer for my neighbor, Mr. Thompson, who has been diagnosed with stage four cancer. Over the years, I have tried to talk to him about Christ, but he has always been resistant to the message of the Gospel. With his condition worsening, I feel a heavy burden for his soul. I want to see him come to know the Lord and experience the peace that comes from salvation. Please pray that God will open his heart and that I will have the right words to share with him during this critical time. Thank you for your prayers.

Dear David, your concern for Mr. Thompson is commendable, and I encourage you to remain steadfast in your witness. It’s never too late for a person to come to Christ, regardless of their past beliefs. God desires all men to be saved (1 Timothy 2:4), and your prayers can make an impact. Remember that the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ (Romans 6:23), and we are all in need of His grace (Romans 3:23). Keep showing your love and genuine concern; they may lead him to inquire about your faith. Let us pray: Heavenly Father, please soften Mr. Thompson’s heart and bring him to a place of understanding and faith. Amen.
