Seeking Courage Against Looming Fears
Dear Lord, I find myself in a constant battle with fear, fearing that I may lose my children to this world. As a single mother, the weight of responsibility feels overwhelming. Every time they step out the door, anxiety creeps in, and I struggle to find peace. I worry about their safety, their choices, and what the future holds for them. Please give me the courage to face these fears and the wisdom to guide them in a way that draws them closer to You. Teach me to trust in Your protective arms and help me cultivate an atmosphere of love and security at home. I pray for Your guidance every day. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Dear Jessica, I’m grateful you’ve shared your heart with us. Your love for your children is evident, and it’s natural to feel anxious as a mother. Remember, God is your refuge and fortress as stated in Psalm 91:2, "I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust." You are doing a wonderful job by continuously seeking guidance from Him. We also have the reassurance in Philippians 4:7 that "And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." Trust that God is watching over your children, just as He watches over you. Let’s pray: "Lord, bless Jessica with peace and the strength to trust in Your care for her children. May she feel Your presence as she navigates her fears. Amen."
