Seeking Courage to Pray Boldly
My name is Jamal, and I am a 40-year-old businessman. I find myself struggling with my prayer life because I often feel unworthy to ask God for anything. There have been times when I have prayed for big changes in my life, but I worry that my faith may not be strong enough for those requests. I want to learn how to pray boldly, believing that God can do great things in my life and the lives of others. I ask for prayers that I can find the courage to step out in faith and trust that no request is too big for God. I want to believe fully in His promises and live out my faith with confidence.

Dear Jamal, thank you for sharing your heart. It’s important to remember that our worthiness comes from Christ alone and not from our own actions. God desires bold prayers from us! In Matthew 17:20, Jesus teaches us about the power of faith, saying that even faith as small as a mustard seed can move mountains. When we approach God with confidence, we are reminded in Romans 8:38 that His love covers all our shortcomings. Remember, God has a plan for you, as stated in Jeremiah 29:11, to give you hope and a future. Do not be afraid to pray boldly; He longs to hear from you. Let us pray: Father, I pray for Jamal to be filled with a spirit of courage and boldness in his prayer life as he seeks to trust in Your infinite power and love. Amen.
