Seeking Healing from Heartbreak and Loss
Hello, I’m Priya, a 31-year-old woman. Since my husband and I lost our second child during pregnancy last year, every day feels heavy with unexpressed sorrow. I feel like I am constantly walking on eggshells, trying to manage my own sadness while supporting my husband and our first child. I wish to have another child soon, but the fear of loss holds me back. Please pray for healing in my heart and the strength to be open about my feelings. I want to trust that God has a plan for us, even when it feels difficult to see. I need peace and encouragement to walk this journey together with my family.

Dear Priya, I deeply empathize with the pain you are experiencing, and I commend your courage in seeking prayer. It’s okay to feel heartbroken and to grieve openly; God honors our feelings. He promises to heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). You are not alone in this; God walks with you through your sorrow. Remember Matthew 5:4, which reassures us that those who mourn will be comforted. It’s essential to communicate your feelings within your family so that you can support and uplift one another during this time. Jesus said in John 14:27, 'Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you.' Let's pray for God's peace and healing to envelop you and your family: Heavenly Father, I ask for comfort for Priya and her family. Surround them with Your love, bringing healing and hope to their hearts. Amen.
