Seeking Stability in My Gig Economy Job
Hi, my name is Kelly, and I’m currently working part-time as a virtual assistant. While I enjoy the flexibility, the lack of stability and benefits is concerning. I worry about how I’ll manage my expenses each month and fear that an unexpected bill could throw everything off balance. I’m asking for prayers that I find more stable work with benefits to support my family. I want to trust that God has a plan, but it’s hard when the pressure is on. Dear Kelly, thank you for sharing your heart with us. Your role as a virtual assistant offers great flexibility, but I understand the worries that come with financial uncertainty. Remember that God has a plan for you, as promised in Jeremiah 29:11. He has not forgotten you. While gig work can be erratic, His provision is always timely. As you seek a more stable job, consider Matthew 6:33; prioritize His kingdom, and He will provide for your needs. Trust in His goodness and timing. I encourage you to reach out to your network for opportunities, too. Let’s pray together: Lord, please surround Kelly with Your peace and guide her toward stability and provision.
