A Father's Heartfelt Prayer for His Wife's Healing
My wife has been suffering from long COVID since she contracted the virus last year. It has been months of struggles with chronic fatigue and lung issues that make even simple tasks impossible for her. As her husband, it breaks my heart to see her like this. I have been trying to care for her and keep our household running, but I feel overwhelmed and worried. I ask for prayers that God would bring healing to her body and comfort to her spirit. Pray that she can find strength in God and that He will guide us through this challenging time together.

Dear David, thank you for sharing your heart about your wife’s struggles. Your love and dedication to her well-being are truly commendable. During this time, let’s hold on to God’s promises. He cares deeply for both of you, and in Psalm 103:3, we are reminded that He "forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases." This promise assures us that healing is at the center of His will for us. As you support and care for your wife, remember to take care of your own well-being, too. Philippians 4:6 encourages us to be anxious for nothing, but to present our requests to God. Bring all your burdens before Him in prayer, trusting that He is with you every step of the way. May you both experience His peace and presence in this time of struggle. Let’s pray together: Lord, I pray for David and his wife.
