Hi, my name is Kevin, and I’m asking for prayer regarding an issue of pay inequality at work. I work alongside a male colleague who holds the same title and responsibilities, yet I discover that my compensation is significantly lower. It's disheartening to see my efforts overlooked, and I feel anxious about my financial future. I am committed to my job and truly enjoy what I do, but this situation weighs heavily on my heart. I am praying for guidance on how to approach my employer and for the courage to advocate for myself. Your prayers for clarity and peace would mean a lot to me.
