Praying for New Opportunities After Financial Setback
I’m Kevin, 45, and I have been working freelance in digital marketing for years. Recently, I lost several contracts due to unexpected circumstances, and my income has dropped significantly. I don't have a financial safety net, which adds to my stress. My family is relying on me, and I'm feeling the pressure as I search for new clients. I feel overwhelmed and anxious about how to move forward. I would appreciate prayers for resilience and for God to provide new opportunities, as I truly desire to support my family during this tough time.

Dear Kevin, thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. It's completely natural to feel the weight of responsibility during such challenging times. I want to remind you that even in this difficult season, God is your provider. 1 Timothy 6:6 teaches us about the value of godliness and contentment, which can bring peace amidst uncertainty. Keep working diligently, and remember Proverbs 10:22, which teaches us that the blessing of the Lord makes rich and adds no sorrow to it. As you seek new opportunities, trust in the promise of Joshua 1:8, that if you meditate on His Word, you will have success in all you do.
